The Way, the Truth, the Light
​

Jesus is the way, the truth, and the light (John 14: 6).  He has always shown us the ways to live by: to serve and to think of others before ourselves so that we all benefit,   This in turn allows us to benefit, grow, and obtain the peace that our world cannot offer.   With Christ, we can learn to become kind, gentle, and optimize our life to live abundantly.  When we learn to think outside of ourselves (Matthew 5), and not judge, but become  more accepting, we can begin to forgive ourselves, others, and go forward to the place we want to be, and live the life we want to live.   

God is Light

​When you start to pray you will  learn to appreciate your faith and the Spirit's presence within your life. 

Sometimes a candle is helpful to understand God's love and light in the darkness.   At first when a candle is lit in a dark room, the brilliance of the flame seems so bright, even overwhelming for our eyes to adjust.   As time passes, our eyes  become drawn to that light and soon that brightness seems perfectly normal and comfortable to the point that we cannot live or function in that darkness without the survival and revelation of that candle, the light.   So when you haven't been on the right road of faith, don't become discouraged if prayer seems foreign at first,  it will become natural as you continue to talk to your Maker, Friend, Savior, God.  

Spirit's Gifts


​What does it mean to be gifted with the Spirit?  The Holy Spirit has given us fruits and gifts to live by and live for to glorify God.    We all have special abilities and talents that God has given so that we might flourish and thrive.  He loves us so much that He has made us so special and unique -we are so amazing.  
In knowing the book of Corinthians from Paul,  we learn that the Spirit works and moves in our lives, by no coincidence, but sheer will of God.

Faith

​Faith can move mountains and faith can always save you.  Miracles are real and all around us from little to big things.   If  you click on the rose on the homepage, you can read about my beautiful, miraculous events that took place in my  life.   Trust is an amazing thing...believe that God's  plan is meant to unfold and will bring you the joy and happiness that you can't even fathom. (Psalm 62).    Believe that you are a child of  God and be content knowing that you are exactly where you are meant to be (St, Therese of Lisieux).

Mindfullness


​Nature is a beautiful thing....God has given us the finest joys in our surroundings.    Becoming aware or mindful of what is going on around us is a skill to which we become more united with everything around us: nature, others, ourselves...think of the word commune- to join or be a part of a community.  The word communion means to give thanks. We can think about being  thankful that we are all interconnected in the Spirit, the Divine Presence of the Host, and our connection to one another.  Become more aware of what is going on, observe without agenda or judgement, seeing things as neither good,  nor bad, just as they are and find acceptance in it...
